I have found the explanation for Gormanbozia !

It is *not* 'Garmanbozia' nor 'Garmonbozia' - it is Gormanbozia (or Korman-
 bozia).

...and the code for 'Gorman' is...

 First, surf to,
    http://gordonkorman.com/deaddogs.htm
and you will see that the author of,
    No More Dead Dogs
 is a person called,
    Gordon Korman

Well, Twin Peaks is about the Dead Dog in the Sky... and Gordon Korman
 refers to Gorman. ^^^ ^^^

If 'bozia' means 'God', 'Gormanbozia' says that we don't want The Dead
Dog as our Lord (where the Dead Dog is Satan and 'Dog' is 'God' read
backward). The Dead Dog in the Sky are the merged constellations Canis
Major (Thoth=Mercury) and Canis Minor (Horus=Apollo). In Twin Peaks,
the log encodes for the Dead Dog. In fact, it also encodes for the NASA
 Mercury/Gemini/Apollo projects.

The name of David Lynch' character in the series is Gordon Cole,
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gordon_Cole
This is a tribute to Gordon Korman too.

An alternate solution is that it is in fact 'Kormanbozia' and that
Gordon Korman is our Lord and savior to dislike the Dead Dog so much
that he wrote a book about it.

I've also found the code in 'peaks'/'mountain'. This refers to the
French Revolution - where the 'montagnards' of Robespierre (the party
of The Mountain) were Freemasons ('Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity
 - or Death' refers to 'Feather, Balance, and Heart - or Reincarnation'
in the Egyptian Book of the Dead).

Finally, I've also found the code for Windom Earle: it is a tribute
to the author John Wyndham (the link between the two being the 'Riddle
of the Cuckoo' - a popular riddle in Freemasonry, explaining how to
brainwash a person and take over his/her mind).
The Cuckoo is the bird of Hera and this is the secret code for the KKK
(a project of Albert Pike, the person that satanized Freemasonry).
John Wyndham wrote a book called 'The Midwich Cuckoos',
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Midwich_Cuckoos#Plot_summary
which is somewhat similar to Twin Peaks. Other books of this author
refer to similar codes ('The Day of the Triffids' refers to the
blindness of human beings to observe the real world, the omega-3 of a
Solar Eclipse and a Sunflower pointing to Mercury; the name of the main
character, Masen, refers to Mason - since Freemasons are the people
that are aware of the secret codes present in our world - just like the
Buddhists from Tibet, explaining why Cooper is so interested in Tibetan
 mysteries).
