   astrology is a pseudoscience based on relative astronomical positioning 4,000 years ago which has since changed.
   The Prisoner is about (a) man constrained by a seemingly free society; Twin Peaks is about man struggling with the choices of right or wrong in a dichotomous world, itself a battleground between good and evil.
   The Matrix is a left-wing-nut fantasy trying to explain life's condundrums by blaming a phantom robotic conspiracy (some people will accept any explanation/rationalization rather than the Truth).
