Yeah, the same here.  I still read the same dozens of mailing lists
through Gmane, but I haven't signed up for any new ones in a while.

Yup.

But the question about what to do next is two-fold: We have something
that has to be done over the next week (un/resubscribing under the
gmane-mx.org domain, or just letting it all go), and then the long-term
issue of what to do about it all.

Un/resubscribing leaves more options for the long term, so I'm inclined
to lean that way.  But then again, I'm a procrastinator.
