Progress report:

I ploughed through 8500 lists yesterday (and the entire first season of
Witcher while doing so (it's a frustrating series: one second it's
really exciting, and the next it's so boring that you want to gnaw your
leg off (and it looks cheaper than Sanctuary whenever they're doing
interiors))), and the success re-subscription rate is 25%.

Some oddities:

The IETF mail servers (wisely?) have limits on how many mails they can
receive from the same MTA, so the re/subscription messages are handled
at what seems to be one every five minutes, so those may not actually be
all done before I have to move the server.

Re/subscription messages to *.kde.org go through fine, but when trying
to respond to the "confirm if you want to subscribe" messages, those are
rejected as spam, so I think quite a few KDE lists will (at least
initially) be lost.

And...  that's it.  There's just 6500 lists to do left, so I should be
able to get them all done tonight.  Which is sooner than I had expected.

So now I just need to find a new TV series I can watch while doing
this...
