Ah, yeah, good idea.  The interface could just have a help text with
those bits...

Yeah, that sounds good.  Hm.  I'm not quite visualising it, though...
For instance, I added the "recfiles" lists now, and the supplied
description was "GNU Recutils is a set of tools and libraries to access
human-editable, plain text databases called recfiles." so I thought
"well, that's a database thing", so I search for "database" in the
gmane.conf file and found gmane.comp.db and then put stuff under there.

So...  to do the same in the web interface, there should be a thing to
search both group names and list descriptions, I think?  Then if I'd
typed "database", a bunch of gmane.comp.db lists would have shown up,
and I'd known that the name should be gmane.comp.db.recfiles.user.

Yeah, I think that sounds workeable.  I'll add that to the admin part of
the interface.
