To be completely clear: neither do I (or anybody else on that list, to my best understanding).

At best, thatʼs wrong semantically: ‘Cc’ is _not_ meant for direct addressees.  Despite some misuse it as such and it proves to be indifferent in many cases, that would definitely fail with a _listmaster_ — a person who by definition receives lots of indirect mail.

I do not think so.  Itʼs inefficient only when you do not care _who_ will respond on your proposition, e. g. when you need to attract customers and there is practically infinite amount of them.
