To be completely clear: neither do I (or anybody else on that list, to my best understanding). At best, thatʼs wrong semantically: ‘Cc’ is _not_ meant for direct addressees. I know it's inefficient I do not think so. Itʼs inefficient only when you do not care _who_ will respond on your proposition, e. g. when you need to attract customers and there is practically infinite amount of them.
