But that's indeed wrong -- it should resolve back to ciao.gmane.io.
I've now logged in at the Hetzner console and fixed the reverse mapping.

(But I made it map to ciao.gmane.org first, before fixing it to
ciao.gmane.io, so it'll probably take some hours to spread.)
