is tortoisesvn user still using adress obfuscation?
Is perhapse the "encode: encrypt" line on admin.gamne.io showing this
information?

In that case it would not be possible to subscribe to the google
groups to enable posting via gmane.

And what is the "mail-archive: yes" line telling me?

I'm comparing tortoisesvn user and devel and that are the two
differences I see.

And yes, tortoisesvn.devel never used adress obfuscation.
