(It was set to immutable in 2014, apparently in defense against the
spammers; I suppose a patch could be proposed in another channel but I
really don't know if the rest of it is up to date.)

Sounds good.   ... So, I guess there currently isn't a place where we
could collect information like this, outside of this group?
