reddit/nntp gateway

I spent this weekend trying to get a reddit nntp gateway working, maybe
someone here will be interested. The dream would be if I could get Lars
interested in hosting it ;-)

It's super experimental, and I've only tested it with slrn, but it does
basically work. If you're interested, would appreciate any contributors!
