Paper size error

There is an error in the paper size table (fp_PageSize.cpp). Folio isn't
7.5 x 10 inches but 8.27 x 13 inches. (Actually, Folio seems to be an
European format of size 210 x 300 mm). The closest to 7.5 x 10 inches is
Executive (7.25 x 10.5).

So what do we want? (I've heard of Executive, but never of Folio.)

And, the size of Envelope No10 should be given in inches rather than mm
since it's a non-ISO American size.
