About strings and localization

As you may have noticed I've been working on AbiWord's usability for the last
months, revising the dialogs, adding missing localization and enabling the
localization of previously hard-coded strings.

I'm done with my list now which means that as from now no major string
changes are to be expected. (I will, of course, still fix anything I might
spot, but I don't think there's anything left.) So, the next step would be to
run a complete update on all our repository .po files most of which are
completely outdated.

Since I don't know the state of the files with regard to Sugar Lab Pootle,
I'd like Chris to update the repository with possible new translations from
his website first, so that we can merge the new strings then which is the
starting point for passing them over to Sugar Lab Pootle again.
