Alt-i to show the Insert menu, then b. Use your arrow keys to select the 
break you want. The default choice is page break.

> b. Format>  Bullets and numbering .


Alt-o to show the Format menu, then b. You can then use the Tab key and 
arrow keys to select Bullets and the bullet style you prefer.
