Keyboard combination for Insert page break and bullet numbering in Abiword 2.8.6-0.3

Hi all,
   I am an off and on user of Abiword. Thank you for making a simple
text-editor.

 Currently, I am using Abiword  2.8.6-0.3 on Debian sid.

I have been trying to figure out if there is a keyboard combination for :-

a. Insert > Page Break
b. Format > Bullets and numbering .

This would make me a bit more productive.

Also it would be nice if the keyboard shortcuts could be made
user-configurable.

Also I see the collaborate Menu but have no idea how to use it.
Is it only for sugar users or for everybody ?

I went to the abisource help site but even there could not find any help.
