If you have the document I can try. Other wise, all I can say is that
between 2.9.2 and 2.9.4 lot of stuff has happened and that it is still a
huge mistake for the Debian maintainers to ship 2.9.2[1]. I have had
that argument with them, but I guess if enough user complain, they might
wake up.
