Hi,

my first mail in this list. I am looking for a way to write XML. My book
is in Latex and has some 600 pages, with crossreferences, links and most
important a large index. I do not see any reference how to prepare an
index with Abiword. Please inform we about any way to do so. I am on
windows and the earlier version of Abiword is installed, but I could
switch to Linux if necessary.
