You downloaded the demo and tried to load it via file:// in the browser,
or what exactly did you do?

Did you check the JS console, resp. error-screen, if there are any
errors there?

And be aware that BXE 2.0 is very alpha. It basically works and the API
(whatever that is in BXE ;) ) shouldn't change anymore, but there are
still a lot of bugs. But startiing with trying to implement it, is
certainly not the badest idea ;) BXE 2.0 is hopefully going to be a
major step in our developement.
