Maybe they should help you in making things clearer.

But one note for a start, the DTD won't help you much, since BXE can't
interpret them. You have to write Schema files for that (almost
propriatary ones, but they are based on the official XML Schema Recs),
but if you're a Perl-Programmer, it shouldn't be a big task to convert
the DTD to the needed Schema with a little Perl Program...

If you still have questions after reading those 2 mails, do not hesitate
to ask here again.
