For other folks that might be interest, in Lenya 1.2 the
configuration file is located at:

  lenya/lenya/resources/misc/bxeng/inc/config.xml

The file that actually excludes elements in:

  lenya/lenya/resources/misc/bxeng/contextmenu.xml

Works like a charm!
