Merging WidgetPlayground

WidgetPlayground branch contains the new widget arch which is just
needed to be merged in head because it contains important editor widget
arch rework. To start working with it I've imported recent HEAD to
WidgetPlaytoudn. Here lies modified sources.

The only change that doesn't in is Doug's whitespace handling,
sorry, this part of code is totally rewritten and should be
reimplemented in  CongLineManager instead of CongLineFragments.

The steps that I propose for futher work:

1. Bring WidgetPlaygound CVS branch up-to-date with sources above.

2. Freeze HEAD development, i.e. doesn't commit any patches only to
HEAD. Commit only to WidgetPlayground or to WidgetPlayground and HEAD.

3. Quckly get usable state of WidgetPlayground branch - there is still a lot
of work.

4. Replace HEAD with WidgetPlayground and enjoy.
