Note that I joined/enclosed/attached/wathever the complete patch with my 
proposals. The diff to Michèle's patch was just to make clear what I 
changed.

Anyway, quoting Michèle:

"Please commit what I've done, then when I reach it, I'll make some 
changes. Otherwise it will lead to conflict with the tree."

She's totally free to take my proposals into account or not.
