The restriction is only for people who sent on december 31th 
me a private message with a complete build log,
and the next day, newyearsday, the private message again,
again with a complete build log. Again demanding to tell why the build
fails, _without_ saying Happy Newyear. It are the people that I ask to
donate on my paypal account.
