This is exactly what I was hoping for when I downloaded Conglomerate. 
Personally, I envisioned some kind of sidebar (like the mozilla sidebar)
that listed all the available tags for the DTD.  I'd call this a Tag
Palette or something.  (I hadn't thought about limiting it only to the
available tags based on the ancestors of the current position, but
that'd be nice too.)  Then I'd like to be able to select one of the tags
from the sidebar and "paint" it on to the text of my document.
