Please file it as a new bug, rather than as an addition to 108469.

What happens if you type:

xsltproc
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.61.2-2.1/html/docbook.xsl
my-docbook-file.xml

(all as one line) in a terminal?
