OK - it looks like the DocBook stylesheets are installed correctly;
xsltproc can use them, so libxslt is working (pipe the output to a file
as a stop-gap solution for now) and that there's a valid catalog entry
which Conglomerate has used to locate them.

I've got a hunch that it _might_ be a bad interaction between GnomeVFS
URLs, libxml2 URLs, and the regular file system hierarchy, but tracking
it down will be fiddly.  Try running Conglomerate from a terminal; there
should be some debug output to the terminal when you try to export as
HTML.  What does it say?

Also, what distribution are you using?  Looks like Red Hat 9 or similar
from the screenshot (Fedora Core 1?)
