Re: jTattoo theme

Actually, the Look and Feel plugin is using the version of Substance from
the now dead Insubstantial project, which was forked from Substance after
java.net died. Kirill, the original author of Substance, has revived the
project and is releasing a new version next week. I'm in the process of
updating the plugin to test his new version. Hopefully, the issue you've
noticed is already fixed and it should run on Java 9, which the current
version does not.
