Re: LyX 2.3.7 translations

Hi!

It may be too late for LyX 2.3.7 but I attach ja.po file for 2.3.x branch.

I hope I have chosen the correct branch, but I'm a little anxious because
it seems many strings previously appeared only in the master branch are now
incorporated in 2.3.x and the compiled LyX says LyX 2.4.0-beta2.

If it is wrong, please let me know.
