Dear Koji, unfortuntaly the file you sent fixed translations for 2.4, but not 2.3.x. I can commit later tonight to 2.4 branch (master). The current po file for Japanese can bet downloaded here: https://git.lyx.org/?p=lyx.git;a=blob_plain;hb=2.3.x;f=po/ja.po (128/57 untranslated/fuzzy).
