Keyboard short-cuts on non-US keyboards?

I have used LyX on Windows for many years, and figured out things there. I =
am currently experimenting with LyX on MacOS.

Where do I find information about keyboard shortcuts for on-US keyboards? (=
Norwegian, in my case)

Specifically, I am looking for balanced [] and {}.
