When I put "Windows format" in my search engine, the first page of
results are all about formatting a disk.  So no, "Windows format"
is not a good name.  And as Vincen said, "Dos/Windows format" is
too long to fit in the cramped space on a normal-sized terminal.

(Besides, what I've heard about the Windows system lately, I don't
want nano to mention that piece of garbage in any way.  But... you
are free to adjust things as you see fit in your port -- nano is
free software.)
