that's the whole point of marking the translations as fuzzy -- to make 
sure they don't slip into the final file without notice. Fuzzy tag 
means "this translation is wrong, fix it", it's very strong 
indication that the translation requires your attention. BTW, fuzzy 
entries are not compiled into .mo file by msgfmt, they are ignored.
