It's not. The error is because you translated the texts so badly they 
could never work in the software you're translating. Your translation 
doesn't contain any of the format specifications the original string 
does ("%1" etc.), so the fix is quite simple: just translate the 
string correctly, without omitting crucial parts from the 
translation, and it will work.

For example, "Subscription of the address \"%1$s\" to the mailing list 
\"%2$s\" was successful.
You will receive a request for confirmation."
