Hello,
I have tried to get a custom parser for Smarty templates running using
tsmarty2c.php (http://smarty.incutio.com/?page=SmartyGettext) but I cannot get
it running. It works just fine when I run it from a commandline and pipe it to
xgettext, but when I add the command to poEdit it doesn't find anything.
I have my folder structure like this
/workspace
/myapp
/application
/otherfolders
*.php's
/view
*.tpl's
I give the workspace/myapp folder as the path in the catalogue, now it parses
the PHP-files just fine, no problems. But it doesn't find anything in the smarty
templates.
The smarty list of extensions is set as: *.tpl
And the Parser Command is:
php /path/to/tsmarty2c.php %F | xgettext --force-po -o %o %K %C -LC -
Now if I run this in my terminal
php /path/to/tsmarty2c.php /workspace/myapp/ | xgettext --force-po -o test.po
-kgettext -LC -
it works just fine, I get my test.po with the strings added to it. But it
doesn't work when running it from poEdit.
I'm wondering if it's the piping that may be what's causing this, or is there
something I have overlooked?
/Christian
