[poedit-users] poEdit 1.4 and 1.4.1 - hang on Vista when saving

I am just making a minor upgrade to my software and took the opportunity 
to also upgrade poEdit.

Sometimes when I try to use the save button on the tool bar poEdit 
freezes, i.e. hangs and shows the "does not respond" in the windows 
title bar.

It does not happen every time but pretty often.

E.g. the file had about 15 fuzzy translations (due to getting rid of 
"éüö" etc in the source files, I could update them using "Alt-u" but 
then when I save the app hangs.  Killing it and reopen the file shows 
that things have been saved.

I have one file were it seems to happen again and again - can send this 
if it could help.
