Please do, together with detailed instructions on what to do with it 
to see the problem. See http://poedit.net/support.php -- having a 
file that shows the problem *always* helps. It's necessary in most 
cases, in fact.

Your settings are relevant, too, so please include them as well. In 
particular, did you enable compilation of MO files every time a 
catalog is saved?

Also, when you say "on Vista", do you mean that you know it doesn't 
happen e.g. on XP or that Vista is the only thing you tried it on?
