Huh?! That's not the case at all -- if anybody implements it, I'll be
glad to apply the patch right away. But it's not _entirely_ trivial to
do it (thanks to some limitations in wx as well as Poedit itself) and
it's not something very important for the intended use of Poedit. It
_is_ on my TODO list, but it has low priority.

You think that sortable columns are a solution for your problem and so
you want this feature. I disagree: you'd _still_ spend awful lot of time
copying the strings into the catalog, no matter how the column would be
sorted. All I'm saying is that the real, efficient solution for your
problem is not sorting the columns in Poedit UI, but automating the
import completely.
