[poedit-users] mouse / touchpad scroll does not work in translation window (Win32)

For some reason, the mouse or touchpad scrolling does not work
(anymore) in the translation window, but at the same time scroll with
either device is working fine in the catalog window.

I reinstalled (clean) the Windows XP, then Poedit. As far as I can tell
the scrolling worked fine prior to OS reinstall, in same mouse /
touchpad driver configuration.
At the moment Poedit translation window is the only place where the
scrolling does not work.

This happens on my HP laptop. I tried with different mouses, all
Microsoft, all wireless, one BT and other ordinary wireless; however,
the same physical BT mouse works ok with same 2.6.4 Poedit version on
my desktop computer.

The Microsoft Intellipoint is installed (same version on both
computers). I uninstalled the Intellipoint software -> no change (then I
installed it back).

Synaptics software is not installed (it works with default system
drivers), because I need magnify on middle touchpad button (provided
after Intellipoint is installed) and the Synaptics drivers disable this
feature.

Has someone complained before about this ?
Why is this difference between the translation window and the catalog
window ?
