As for wheel mouse -> translation to something like PageUp/PageDown, this must be something at OS level, because it is not configurable (or at least I don't know how, the Microsoft mouse utility interface does not have such option and hacking the registry regarding this subject is not an option for me). > And using the wheel while holding Ctrl will scroll the list.
