I saw those tabs. I clicked on them, but I didn't see what they were 
talking about ("what paths do they want? what is a base path?").

If those things are necessary, they should not be hidden behind a tab, 
and they should be mandatory. Judging from the first tab, it looks like 
most of the information collected is unimportant (project name, team, 
email address, country) and it is reasonable to think that the stuff in 
the tabs is even less important.

One thing that's not clear is "Language". Is it asking for the language 
I'm translating from or translating toward?

Anyways, thanks for the help. I did what you said and poEdit started 
scanning my C/C++ files. But when the progress bar reaches the end 
poedit dies with a segmentation fault. :-(
