Re: [poedit-users] Getting started

Ok, I ran poedit with gdb. After the segfault, gdb itself froze, so I 
could not run the backtrace command, but gdb did manage to print this 
before dying:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00830888 in wxExecute(wchar_t**, int, wxProcess*) () from 
/usr/lib/libwx_baseu-2.8.so.0


That looks like a problem with the wxWidgets library I have installed. I 
tried switching from wxWidgets 2.8 to 2.6 but PoEdit says that 2.6 is 
not new enough. :-(

I'll download 2.8 again and this time install it in /usr/local. Maybe 
PoEdit will compile then.
