Did you read "Translation Memory" section of the manual? It should give you some answers... If you are having problems with any part of the procedure, just ask. BTW, poEdit 1.2.2 will contain reworked user interface to TM creation that will hopefully make adding files to TM much easier and transparent (poEdit <= 1.2.1 didn't tell you what files will be included in TM before doing the update, now it does).
