tm-forge: links to external plugins and styles

Dear all,

I added to the Readme of tm-forge a section with links to plugins and 
styles that are kept in personal github accounts: a plugin for 
Mathematica (written by hammerfunctor) and a style file, written by 
JackYansongLi, that modifies the default TeXmacs algorithm2e environment
