Dear Normand Beaudoin,

you may write your style files in the same directory as your main 
TeXmacs document and then include it via the menu

   Document -> Style -> Other style...

Otherwise, you may put them into the folder $HOME/.TeXmacs/styles. This 
is more convenient to share styles with different documents. Please 
refer to the menu

   Help -> Manual -> Writing you own style files

Sometimes, it happens to be necessary to force updating via the menu

   Tools -> Update -> Styles
