shortcut for "paste from latex"

hello
i use a lot IA to create or typagraphy some maths from scans
i ask the latex version that i « pastefromlatex » into TeXmacs
a) would it existe other way ? (asking IAs the code in another format that TeXmacs deals with)
b) how can i create a shortcut for « paste from latex » 
is it possible to create it only using my-init-texmacs ?
