Question on Snippits in RDi 9.9.

Curious if anyone else has had this issue. When using Snippits in RDi 9.9,
is anyone having an issue with Snippits not saving?

In other words you create a new Snippit, save it, but when you close and
open RDi the new ones you have created are missing.
