Hi Jason,

Snippets were removed in 9.8; you should be creating Templates instead. They allow values as well.

You can see how to use them using my RDi videos in 90 seconds or less. Use the search from here and type templates.

Curious if anyone else has had this issue. When using Snippits in RDi 9.9, is anyone having an issue with Snippits not saving?

In other words you create a new Snippit, save it, but when you close and open RDi the new ones you have created are missing.
