Keyboard input problem

Fausse alarme. I found my problem and it is not XFree or wily. I am using a little utility http://www.nongnu.org/9box/ and it seems that: when I'm using both wily and 9box in the same time, sometime, there is a battle between wily and 9box because they want to keep the control for the keyboard...
