I tried to fetch Wily, but three of the four listed mirrors either
refuse connections or simply don't work. The third doesn't have source
for Wily itself, only "Wily Tools" and the pre-compiled binary seems to
be for PowerPC. 

You might consider setting up a repository on SourceForge and making
sure that all source + binaries are there and easy to find. I haven't
even been able to get Wily to try myself at this point...
