{Spam?} Website update 2 - Donor page

As suggested by ross and +1 by myself, the members page will now become a
Donors/Collaborators page.  This will make for easier maintenance and also
give us credibility and greater favour when people visit our site.

The list contains all the agencies that I know about that contributed.
Please fill in those I left out.
