{Spam?} Website update summary

Okay, so far I've put forward two updates to the CIS website.  There is one
more and that's the project page.  Essentially, each project is going to
have its own page, with the project leader being responsible for keeping
that page current.

It is extremely important that the project leader does it as often as is
possible so that visitors and potential collaborators/donors can see what is
being done and offer assistance if they see it's worth their while.  In
principle, the project leader is making timely reports.

Okay, so when another project comes onstream, the document structure will
resemble:

- Projects
	-----> Pilot Project
	-----> Another Project
	-----> Yet Another Project
.
.
.
.

You get the idea.  The main projects page can list the each current project
and its summary.  There should also be a link on the main project page
leading to the FAQ section dealing with how to start your own project.
We'll get to the text when other projects are proposed.
